Nice smaller park under new owner and management. Clean, quiet and efficiently organized. Some full timers but no issues there. Concrete pads that are level, imitation turf and some gravel beds kept even higher winds from stirring dust that would otherwise prevail out here. Slightly narrow spots but not a concern for us even with our class A and 3 slides.
