Big rigs DO NOT STAY HERE. When into the park which was very precarious narrow roads and low trees. Besides only having only 30-amp. it was so bad that we got a refund and left.
Sunday evening on the way home we had a flat tire on our rv. We pulled off the road at the nearest exist 642 US-101 Redway thinking we would have to stay overnight and get it fixed the next day as AAA said they had no one that could change it or tow it. The manager heard our plight and immediately offered to change it for us. And in no time he did just that and he would accept no money. We later found out that some people were there because of the fires in the area and they had been given a much reduced rate. Such a pretty park run by such good hearted people
We tried to give it a shot. The owners were pleasant, the facilities were old and in desperate repair but the price was appropriate. Our space was level and had some shade. Lots of residents, lots of junk but we don't judge. Then an unleashed dog attacked another dog right next to us while we were hooking up. The stagnant drowning hazard by the pool and the dangerous dog made me feel too unsafe to stay. A gift certificate for $45 was given to us in lieu of a refund. Maybe I will redeem it after some major improvements. Maybe.
