This place is truly the cleanest RV park we have seen. The office lobby could be in a nice hotel. Concrete pads, newly mown grass and big spaces. Nice staff, the owners we assume, and everything is neat. No trees but otherwise perfect. Price is okay also. Lots of spaces but we would recommend a reservation although there are a few empty spots.
One of the cleanest parks we have ever been in . Full hook -ups . Good wi-fi , good cable.. nice pull thru's with all concrete pads. Beautiful grass areas. Great price with Good Sam $40.50. People in office very friendly.
We stayed for an overnight only, very impressed how clean the park is. It was 92+ degrees out and humid, so everyone one was running a/c units, my pedestal breaker tripped a few times. But it was fine by the time we went to bed. We would most definitely visit again.
This park is beautifully manicured and professionally managed. Easily one of the best we have ever stayed at. Spaces are paved and it's quiet as can be. Will stay here again anytime.
Cleanest neatest park we have seen. Great hosts. Everything worked. Not much to do on site, but there is a great BBQ resturant on site, Stayed in Class A 25 footer with 20 ft trailer. Oct of 2014

These people should learn to treat people kindly especially when they want to spend money!!! Completely rude woman answering phone calls doesn't listen then becomes angry with customers! REALLY!! It always cracks me up when companies put people on the phone that truly don't enjoy dealing with basic communication Moral to the story we cancelled our plans and went elsewhere!!!!
This the nicest park I have stayed at, it is all concrete drives and pads and well maintained. The only 2 things wrong are no trees and you are between 2 interstates so you can hear the traffic. If you are looking for a place to stay in Topeka Kansas you will not a nicer one.
This has been the nicest RV park we have stayed in during our cross country trip. Long, level concrete sites with patio, plenty of room between sites, manicured grass and gated park. Nice laundry room. Very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again when in the area.
Great staff, concrete roads & concrete pads. Lots of room for your slides with grass lots between the sites. Really nice for an overnight or longer. And, an excellent fenced-in dog park that's worthy of two more stars.
Easy in and out. staff is friendly. Nice clean, large concrete pads. Great doggie park and lots of grass. Could probably eat off pads and streets.... that is how nicely maintained it is. Would absolutely stay again.
Stopped for the night driving I 70. Called ahead for late checkin and they were very accommodating. Bathroom, laundry were spotless as was the park. Sites are spacious with fhu. Clear instructions on how to attach the water. A little traffic noise but not too bad. Will stop again.
Spent the night here with my son while traveling back home from Iowa. I called ahead and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Sent me a text with gate code and instructions as I was driving and wouldn't be there till after 9PM. Park was super clean and my packet was waiting for me up front with clear instructions to my pull through spot. I would definitely stay here again next time through and would recommend.
About the most impressive RV park we have seen in 3 tours around the country and Canada. E/W/S/WiFi/cable. Deserves 6 stars! We paid $40.50 with Good Sam 10% discount.
Level, concrete paved, pull thru sites, nice landscaping and fenced doggie park.......all for $40 a night. Would definitely stay here again.
What a delight to find such a clean and tidy park! It is a large park, right off I-70, concrete pads and streets. Pretty level. Clean restrooms and showers. Great dog play area! Hard to ask for more in an overnight location. Not really a destination park but just the kind of place to spend a night or two on your way across country.
Reservations were easy, cleanest park I've ever seen, warm bathrooms, good wifi, level pull thrus, all fenced with security gate.
This was one of the nicest parks we have ever stayed in. It was clean and beautifully kept up. The dog park was huge and very nice. We did not use the restrooms or showers. We would definitely stay here again and probably more than one night. We stayed in a class a motor home towing a car. The spaces were long enough we didn t have to unhook our car.

This is a very well thought out park. Easy to pull in for an overnight and you don t even need to unhook your dingy. It s probably not great for a long term stay but if you are traveling across the US it s a perfect place to take a driving break. Owners were friendly and very accommodating. Gave us military discount. Park is immaculate and quiet. It was perfect for our needs, highly recommend.
Our second stay. One of the nicest and cleanest parks we have stayed. Great dog park. Only con is the Wi-Fi. Would stay again.
Well planned, purpose build hook ups. Well thought out, clean and maintained. Great for stop overs. Will remember and return if the opportunity arises.
Staff was amazingly kind and helpful as we addressed truck problems. Level sites, full hook-ups, clean laundry facilities. I wasn't in the bathrooms but I'm sure they were as clean as everything else.
