Clean, nice, quiet for a one night stay. Nice trees, good hookups, easy pull through with gravel base, nice picnic tables, on sight laundry room.
I was brought to a space smack in the middle of a gravel parking lot with electric and water. No grassy areas. Some trees but not many. All in all not worth the $37 (most expensive, so far, on my five weeks on the road. They did have good internet.
Pleasant and helpful office staff. All gravel lots, some shade, most of which is taken up by full-timers. A lot of feral cats in the area, particularly at night. Some of the full-timer's units are pretty shabby looking. The large, clean bathroom/shower building is not air conditioned and is effectively usable by only one man and one woman at a time. There is a small but clean fenced dog area. The neighborhood is not at all pedestrian friendly because of busy roads, narrow shoulders and the lack of sidewalks. You won't be going for a long walk or run. Wifi is reliable. We did not take advantage of the included cable service. We would certainly stay here again if passing through. Daily rate: $32.40 with Good Sam discount, also available to AAA members.
