Being a KOA member, this was a good one! We stayed longer than expected. Huge campground with lots for everyone to do. The staff made us feel so welcomed! It wasn't perfect,but knowing my garbage is going to be picked up is a star alone! We camped in a 38' Motorhome with tow. 50/w/s. We'd stay again.
Big lots - ours was grass with water/electric on the river. $61.00 for one night. Bathroom/showers are NOT CLEAN and need to be upgraded. A big group came in while we were there and played LOUD music until 3AM. Staff was courteous and my stay might have been more tolerable had I been in a coach with toilet/shower.
Lots to do with kids. Pool is in bad shape. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would be much better with some fix ups and maintenance.
Could not contact this KOA, no return phone calls and this was for making a reservation. Way overpriced. We hear they cater to a very large group that books many of the campsites in their field area. I guess with that income, they don't care about anything else. Many things at this campground are old, going back to when it was called America family campground, and that was from the late 80's and 90's. sad.
Terrible. Water, sewer and electric were each placed about 8 feet apart, making it impossible to hook up in our travel trailer. Appeared as if all the full hookup sites we're set up this way? This was the second site assigned to us, after the first site had no working water. Poorly run - too bad, we usually count on KOA's to be fairly reliable. Unfortunately after a long day of driving, we had to move on.
