We absolutely love this place, had a spot on top of the hill for a week, fabulous, big, spacious sites, great views, quiet, when it was time to go, we lucked into a cancellation and moved to the other side of the park, this is the nicest campground we've been in.

We stayed here 4 nights and absolutely love this park. It's clean and the staff is very friendly. If you get a chance to stay here I recommend it.

Clean restrooms, nice big campsites. You are not right on top of your neighbors. I have been camping here since I was a little kid. Consistently a greet campground.

Stayed 2018-09-13 to 2018-09-20
Large spacious sites. Campfires welcome. Easy to back in. Wide roads. Clean facilities and well kept grounds. Never felt crowded. Laundry is outdoors (only one of each). If you love to hike, this is the spot for you. The trail connects right to the park. Rates are reasonable. Even better for seniors! We weren't right on the water, but it was only a short walk.

Great park and setting! Easy access and plenty of space between spots. Stayed at spot 74 and the view was great! Easy walk to the lake and the kids caught a few fish. We'll be coming back to this one!

Located on Cordell Hull Lake. Very nice COE campground with many sites right on the water! Most sites level. Clean bath houses. Not sure if it was the time of year of our visit but the CG was eerily quite. No WIFI or cell service (AT&T).

This is a really nice pearl. The scenery is fantastic. Sunsets are great, lots of trees for shade . The sites are spacious and plenty of space between. Easy access to lake. Plenty of areas to fish from bank. Park is kept clean. Restrooms and showers are cleaned everyday. Trees need to be trimmed to keep limbs from falling. There is no WiFi and no tv per antenna. It can even be hrs to obtain satellite because of all the trees. The only reason mention this is for weather alerts. There have been some pretty rough storms thru this area lately. Would be nice to have warning! There are also deer everywhere in this park. Very cool. With the senior discount it is half price to stay here. What a bargain.
