I did not know if to give it one star or five and here is why. 5 star because of location, very quiet stay, huge park, roomy spots, a paradise for water lovers with fishing, marina, boat launch, etc. Close to San Francisco and San Jose. There are over 150 spots and about 15 with full hook ups, also over flow. In May 2016 there were hardly 10 RVs. We also saw plenty of wildlife. Now the one star: bathrooms are the most disgusting, filthy, dirty, old, small, I have seen in the entire country. Price, with full hook up is $ 45 and no hook up is $ 25 per night. In my opinion...outrageous!!! Also, there are signs everywhere that generator use is NOT allowed at ANY time, not even during the day, I guess, they want to ensure, everybody takes the full hook up for $ 45 a night.

Lots of spaces. Excellent store on the premises. Great staff.

| Remodeled bathrooms

As of our stay 10/2017, the bathrooms have all been remodeled and are beautiful with hot running water, hot showers (no quarters needed) and flush toilets! They have even installed some small cabins for rent. Sites are large so you're not right on top of your neighbors. No generators allowed. Anytime. No hanging of hammocks. Plenty of deer and wild turkeys wandering through our campsite. A gem of a place near many wineries in Livermore, all the while you'll feel very much out in nature. No cell service or wifi available, but if you drive just outside the park to the top of a hill, you can pick up cell reception, if you must communicate.
