Excellent showers, laundry and nice people.42U$ for RV with 2 adults and 2 kids, 3U$ per additional person.

It is the worst place to stay management is horrible and the place is really run down.

| Last Resort

The good: •The employees were all friendly and helpful. •The location is about as near Denver as you can find. The bad: • No wifi • Absolutely filthy. Trash all over the place with stray animals scavenging and rooting through it. • Noisy. Not only near the highway, but there were also children outside yelling and playing well after 10:00. Not a huge deal--but it doesn't help. • Expensive. At $50 per night, it costs more than most places. Perhaps the other issues would not be so troubling if these sites were cheap, but they're not. I would only recommend this location if you are in a pinch and need to set down for the night.

| Only as a last resort

Made our reservation in Feb. No confirmation #. We are in 45 ft Diesel pusher and towing. Gps took us into road closed and lady never mentioned it when we called yesterday. Had to do u turn and retrack several miles after calling her for directions. Got here and only one site available. Neighbor said power is iffy but ours is okay

We were here for a month, rating was deciding. Yes there are many long term in the dirt/grass side. Yes kids playing in the private streets of the park. Lot was OK sized, at least we had space to open everything up. No there isn't much grass. No issues with garbage everywhere. Owners went through multiple times a day. We had no problems allowing our two year old outside to play. We felt safe with a child. Yes they do cost a bit more than others but full time living with electric included is HUGE. We have our own Wi-Fi, and Roku. Otherwise rabbit ears work just fine. Just arrived back.

Place is run down and full of permanent trailers and 5th wheels. Would have left but every place we called was full.

All the others RV parks was full for weeks, as a last resource (since all the Walmart in Colorado doesn't allow overnight) we stayed 2 days and could not wait to leave, this please take so many that they can't keep up with the maintenance that it needs.

Yeah this place would be the last resort one star no Wi-Fi the pool was empty it's basically just a giant parking lot with electricity and it's close together they do have pulled through.

There is NO room between spaces. They are level with sewer and water. $45 a night for a Class B.

| Decent RV Park - NOT a campground

We have been here for 2 months now and there really isn't a single complaint. RV Lot rent is $932 every 30 days and includes water, trash and electric. The showers and bathrooms are clean and maintained. The units are cable ready and we have Comcast Xfinity service at our spot. We did have our septic get backed up, but that was taken care of within 3 hours or letting the office know. The lady at the office said she would make a call immediately about getting it taken care of but that she couldn't give an exact time, which was perfectly acceptable. The groundsman came by and hooked up his machine to the electric and water and flushed it out. There are a few neighbors who let their dogs off leash, but they don't seem to ever be just roaming around the park. Some folks don't pick up their dog poop, but its no more than anywhere else and there definitely isn't poop "everywhere." I haven't seen a single dog approach someone threateningly, unless you count the little Pug that knocked over the 4 year-old toddler when they were playing catch. Haven't dealt with any neighbor disputes or barely even hear much noise other than sound from the Air Force Base or Interstate 225. Aurora PD has a precinct HQ right across the creek and they haven't had to come out here for anything. Most of the people staying here seem to be folks who are working locally (ie construction on the VA Hospital) or families with children in treatment at the Children's Hospital. The park employees at the main office are always helpful and courteous, though I could easily see how someone who is tired or stressed out could misconstrue their matter-of-factness for rudeness when they respond to questions that EVERY person asks when they walk in the door, to me that would be on the person walking in the door, not the park employees. There are plenty of places you can walk to for food and the access to and from Interstate 225 you just can't beat. You're in downtown Denver in 15 minutes, 30 minutes to Golden, 45 to Boulder and hour from the Casinos and less than 2 hours to Vail, Loveland, Breck etc. I highly recommend Denver Meadows.

This RV Park will not rent a space to you if your RV is older than 1990. Just despicable discrimination plain and simple. May as well just posted no poor people sign
