Very nice well-maintained park large spaces nice amenities very spending compared to other parks in the area and I believe there is a 25% rate increase for spring of 2016 in the works. A lot of the spaces are owned and the emphasis is obviously on selling park models and spaces thus diminishing the number of RV spaces that remain. Be advised they do not take credit cards and their months are prorated so you cannot just figure on a flat monthly fee you need to look at the months that you are staying and look at their monthly rate fee
