Nice sites! Level spots on concrete pads, full hookups, staff is very friendly and willing to help with everything! Only down fall is it's not in a very good area, it is gated with walls though

Nice spot for overnight. Gated, staff friendly, pool, level, but trains ran all night . No sleep at all.

The park is under new managent and now called Shady Haven RV Park. They have done a lot of clean up since our visit one year ago. It is not too far off of hwy 58. And having park gated is a nice feature.

Under new owners and this has to be one of the best run parks we ve lived in. My husband and I are full time RV ers in our 30s and we always have a hard time finding a safe, clean, uncluttered, and affordable place with nice neighbors. And it s a gated park too! This RV place has all of it! Clean amenities and perfect, hospitable customer service. We ve been here for a month can t wait to stay here again each year! The only negative is the train is right beside the park and you can hear it occasionally every day. It doesn t bother us though. If that s the worst thing in this park, we re still happy!

Neat and clean rv park with good power and large spaces. We stayed in a 43 foot motorhome under the Passport program for $29 but they also have a weekly rate of $165. There are train tracks near by but did not bother us

| RR tracks Dogs Barking

Close to busy RR tracks, dogs barking endlessly in longtermers trailers, very little grass.

Apparently, any RV older than 12 years is not allowed under their insurance policy. First I've heard of this. Representative said that since they have newer pedestals, there is an increased risk of an electric arch potentially causing a fire.
