Spent 4nights at this clean friendly park.
Traveling west on US 50 this is the first decent RV Park I came across. I found it well maintained and well-managed. There is some traffic sound but it wasn't enough to bother me
This park was pristine. Very clean sites with cement pads and trees, though a little on the small side. Rec room had tons of stuff to do and really clean and modern restrooms and showers.
We always stay here on our way through Nevada. Great staff, level pull through sites, nice amenities, reasonable price, easy access from the highway. Can't go wrong!
Nice clean park, close to amenities, we will use again when in the area.
Seems there are a lot more permanent residents here than 2 years ago. Clean tidy but pull through is just a bit short for 34’ plus dingy. Noise from high way a bit of a nuisance. Bigger issue is kids riding noisy dirt bikes along south fence and in camping ground. It’s a stopover not a destination
Grass over one foot tall. Weeds everywhere. Lots of permanent residents with lots of stuff jammed under their rigs. Right on Hwy 50. Sorta a dump. I will skip this one next time.
We are full time RV’ers. We boondock at PJ’s and WM’s and Cabella’s and we enjoy RV parks of all sorts: city, county, state, federal and private. We are not picky but we appreciate value! This private (PassportAmerica) place in Fernley NV is called Desert Rose RV and is clean and a good value AND.... ...possibly the BEST DESIGN or layout I have enjoyed since our waterfront haunts in FL!! Gravel streets lead to the 45° concreted RV sites (majority are pull-thru!) with driver rear hookups and ROOM FOR SLIDES AND TREES! Darn nice! We will be back!!
We spent 3 nights at this campground and found the office staff exceptionally friendly! We had a pull-thru and it held our 43’ 5th wheel, but not the truck. Site was well maintained with grass and shade trees. The shower rooms were impeccable and the laundry very efficient and reasonable. Cable was good, WiFi was pretty much non existent. Dog park was a nice addition. On Passport America, this is a bargain within driving distance of Reno.
We stayed here for on overnight on our way home to Sacramento. All other RV parks in Reno Sparks full because of Air Races. Great facility, friendly staff, level cement pads. Could give it a 5 star but cable tv at our site did not work. Satellite could not get reception because of the shade trees. Staff said they had a new satellite but some sites did not work. Antenna only picked up 2 stations so no news on the hurricane. All in all would stay here again.
Nice, clean place. Great for a one- night stop!
We stayed one night and got there after hours. The camp host came over and greeted us and asked if we needed anything and showed us where everything was located. Very nice and friendly. The pull thru site we had was large and level for our 40 5th wheel. The cable service did not work at all. Other then that the park was very clean and easy access. We would stay there again
Seemed like 2 different parks. Front area- concrete and grass, clean, well spaced. Back area- gravel, unkemp, w/lots of permanent. Very friendly, helpful. The showers are worth going out of way for. Eight large, clean, well designed private, individual bathrooms with showers that have plenty of water pressure. Ask for spot in front area!
