My husband and I recently moved to desert sands as permanent residents. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and helpful the office manager Serena was and Paul the head of security in getting us settled. They were wonderful to deal with in fact the entre staff has been that way. The park has everything you need, small deli, grocery store, pool, recreation room with large tv, very clean laundry room and shower areas. it has a fence around with night security guards. The location is perfect with the mall, Walmart, 4 casinos and restaurants all about 1 mile away. Robert and Jane S
Most Vegas parks are enforcing the 10yr rule now, but not here. Clean park, friendly helpful staff.
If u own over 4 dogs great place to bring then.
It's very run down, but the people are nice and there is a guard on the gate at night. Nice little store. Mostly full timers. No cable or WiFi except at the club house. Over the air TV isn't too bad.

I just called and we have a sprinter with no hook ups and she said $35 for a parking spot plus $10 for the dog. New people own this place
