Reviews for Desert Springs Ranch

This is a new resort easy to access from I-8 Or I-10. In the country and peaceful but close to restaurants, shopping and medical care. Large sites, some with trees. Clean and friendly staff. Great clubhouse, hot tub, laundry, pickle ball and Yoga classes! Looking forward to coming back next winter when the golf course and pool are here!

I have chosen this new park for my permanent residence. It's a great place with country feel but close enough to town. With all the amenities here now and what will be here this next season makes this a great place to live. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

We have been a year. Most of the time was okay but the last month am being hassled by the manager. He gave us rules for driving and parking that only apply to us. Made up lies that dog was not on a leash, claimed I committed a criminal act because I accidentally scraped the gate when I returned from dialysis, then said he was going to sue me because I left a critical review on the site. The guy is a bully and liar. the wifi is a joke and my complaining is what triggered the jerk s actions. I would have left much earlier but I was very weak and ill from my kidney failure. I did not have the strength to move our 5th wheel.

ZERO customer service. 20 minutes after calling the number on the office door no one showed up. The man I was talking to on the phone acted like he had no idea why I was calling him. Don't know if he hung up on me or if we were disconnected but did not answer my return call. One would assume that they have more business then they want. The campground was mostly empty ,what was there was permanent residence. The roads are extremely narrow and very tight turns. Be prepared for the nearby feedlot odors permeating the area.
