During my stay at Desert View RV Park we have had an amazing time, the pool is well maintained and the bathrooms are very clean. the hosts and the owner are very hospitable, I recommend anyone who is looking to have a good time and enjoy themselves to come to Desert View RV Park.

I will give this park four stars as it is not perfect but a very good park. If you have to stay in Needles it is the place to stay.

Nice for a quick one night stop

This park was fine for a one night stop. We stopped here on our way to the Grand Canyon from California. The outside row we stayed in was nice. Gravel sites with a concrete patio. Each site is separated for privacy with beautiful Oleander trees. We stayed in site 26 on our way to the canyon and site 37 on our way back from the canyon. Full hookups. There are quite a few people that are full timers and there are mobile homes on the opposite side of the park where people live. As I was walking my dogs to the dog park.....I was shocked to find full on couches or recliners outside these mobile homes which seemed a little hillbilly for me. Then as we rounded the corner to go to the dog park, ugh, I was shocked, its dirt and not nice at all, it is however enclosed. Then there was a guy working on his car and seemed a little on the homeless side. I'm still giving the park a good review because the row we stayed in was pretty and quiet. It's just fine for full hookups on an overnight stay at $35/night.

The park is very well maintained & oleander that separated campsites were very pretty & provide privacy. It's a little tight for 45' MH but was doable. I would stay there again, didn't get to use pool since only one night, went to casino instead. Don't hesitate to stay here.

In the past, Desert View RV Park was a nice park to stay at. However, as of 2016 it has an absentee owner and self-appointed managers. In January 2017, many returning guests and knowledgeable/seasoned park hosts left voluntarily due to current mismanagement. If you are looking for a park where posted rules are not enforced, where regular maintenance/repairs are not done, where there is a total lack of respect for snowbirds and you want your holiday ruined - then this is the park for you. Very toxic environment. Recommend you check out other great RV Resorts in the area.

Nice overnight stay

This park has a lot of snow birds, but seems to keep a few spots open for short stays. They accomodated our 45 ft rig with ease. The acacia bushes provide a nice separation between sites. There is a nice dog area in the corner. Would gladly stay here again.

Overnight stay was $29 with GS and taxes. Older park has been maintained well. Everything works.

We are here for 3nights and so far things have been good. Some car door slamming that upsets our dog but otherwise quiet.

How does a nice RV park not provide cable. This is a staple and should be noted in bold letters, we are too cheap to provide cable.

Drove over there to check it out. Beautiful landscaping but 30-40 foot pull-thru sites. Nice people, but a big rig pulling a toad would be in trouble. Bet it was the best in town in 1960.

Beautiful RV Park with shade and privacy at every pull through. The bathrooms were recently redone and are beautiful, the showers nice and clean. They have a pool- a great way to beat the heat in this town. They have a wonderful clubhouse room with games and television. The people were very kind as well! My new go to spot in this area.
