I don't even want to give this one star! Everything in review from "worst place ever" is true. Trash is piled up at back gate and the two women that run the place are horrible to residents. They are disresptful to others, and lie. I was very dissapointed in this place. Their web-site is very mis-leading. They are nice until they have your $, then they are emotional and yell a lot.
Very old park with permanent residents and older trailers in various states of disrepair. Office management staff rude and disrespectful, also ignorant of proper park maintenance or cleanliness. Park has severe problems with theft, vandalism, dog feces everywhere and rarely does the cable T.V. or WI-FI systems work properly. Located across street from high school and with a busy liquor store just outside the entrance gate and farm animals in rear yard pens next door to the park, it is not a quiet place to be either. The posted photos of the R.V. park are outdated and there is now very little shade or trees left, however there is plenty of large tree stumps in the ground and not removed or replaced. Restroom facilities and clubhouse were filthy and not maintained properly. Stench of backed-up sewage could be smelled in some areas of the park with multiple water leaks causing swampy areas also. We do not recommend staying at this park despite the fact that the price might be a little cheaper than other places. This is the worst place ever to park an R.V. with lousy facilities and nothing nearby for outdoor recreation either. Also located in a very HIGH-CRIME AREA with loitering and panhandling just outside of entrance gate. Do not waste your time and money staying here--- BE SMART AND GO ELSEWHERE THAT APPRECIATES YOUR BUSINESS and has some common courtesy for others.
