| Nice but very expensive

By user-5342474... on 2017-10-23.

We arrived at this site expecting to pay $35-48 per night, as seen online. But it was $51 plus tax and plus plus plus.....we did get a Good Sam discount of $10.20 ended up paying $96.39 for two nights. It was the last weekend in September after schools had gone back which I feel should be at a late season reduction. Everything on site is additional cost, which I feel at this price the cost of a shower really should be inclusive. We visited the washrooms in the morning and all shower stalls both male and female were bone dry, proving that people are unwilling to pay additional to have a shower. Most RV's have a shower and those will be used rather than pay. The pool was was closed. The site and the facilities are very clean and the area we were in was beautifully treed but rather cramped which made siting the RV a little difficult due to reduced turning circle with all the trees. The staff were friendly enough although not talkative, but we were efficiently dealt with and on our way. We couldn't help feeling all the additional cost for services were bordering on exploitation.

| Kids will enjoy

They have pool. Playground. Store. Kids will enjoy, there's a go cart place close by and the royal museum is not even that far. But if you're not a member! Very very expensive! $60+/night for full hookup site!

| OK but Not Great

We go in under Passport America at $38. Ok at that rate but questionable at the full rate. The main area has a lot of trees. It's adjacent to the river but you can't see it. Other areas "Lower and Upper East" are open you can pick up a Sat. signal. It's a membership park that is open to the public. Sites are generally large with full services. Good location to see all the Drumheller "stuff"
