I'm an area resident and an avid camper. This park is the closest campground to Washington DC, and I dare say the cheapest accommodations in the whole metro area! I have not stayed there, but have been there to check it out. My understanding is that there is electricity. Not sure about water, however, the bathrooms are fabulous. It has self contained bathrooms, like yours at home! The campground is within the huge park which has a Water Mine aquatic park.
