"Great RV Park"
By user-5716090... on 2017-10-23.
Stayed 2016-10-14 to 2016-10-17
Nicest KOA we have stayed in during our travels. All sites are full hookup including WI-Fi. Concrete pads are very long and accommodate any size RV with toad. Each site has a patio with umbrella table and chairs. The lodge is absolutely beautiful inside with a western motif. Nice recreation room with large HDTV. Also have an HDTV in the laundry room to watch while doing laundry. Bathrooms and showers are spotless. Great office staff available to assist in any matter that arises. 24 hour shuttle service to and from casino. You are picked up at your specific site. We would stay here again without any question. Weekend rate is $45/ night with KOA card.

Nice stay, but a little on the pricey side. It was nice to have free shuttle to casino.

They quit doing monthly about 2 months ago. They said they are so busy they don't even have room for the nightly's just for the weekend to have some fun. They do a 2 week max reservation now with a nightly rate of $35.

Very nice facilities, including laundry, bathroom, swimming pool. The RV sites are concrete, level and far enough apart to provide some privacy. They do sell propane on site as well. The rates are not cheap, but you are at a resort (Choctaw Casino-Durant). They provide van transportation to and from the casino with a simple phone call. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Wow... What A GREAT RV PARK

What a great place to stay. Everyone looks for different things when they select a RV park so I know I don't speak for everyone but this is one of the nicest RV parks I have every stayed in.... It's won KOA's top camp for 6 years running. I would certainly concur.
Lets start with the reservation simple and it took me no time to get it booked (although my confirmation was a long time getting to me?) Then when we arrived the young man checking us in was friendly, efficient and on top of everything.... he already had all the info. in the system and basically it took one signature.
Then he explained the facilities and shuttle service to the Casino ( which was very fast and friendly) the key card for laundry and after hours showers..... I was blown away i thought I was back at my country club!! Well designed, spotless, and plenty of room to shower, dress, shave.... whatever. Beautiful RV office and facility for private groups, seminars reunions whatever. it was a good size room probably hold 150 -200 if someone wanted have a big event there RV club or whatever.
He asked if we had a preference of where we wanted to be close to the showers, dog park....away etc. ( it was not crowed being a Monday so we had our pick. It really didn't matter since the entire park is all pull-thru's 77 of them and big drives for big rigs and the pullthru's were plenty long enough for the coach and toad without unhooking.
Since this was one night stop that was important to me... the sites were all level concrete drives with nice well manicured hedge and grass strips on both side of site and a table and chairs with a umbrella at each site. Because this is a pretty new facility most of the trees are small so no problem with satellite ....( but it might get a little warm in August).
They had a really nice, clean, well maintained pool area...even with a chairlift to get handicapped in to the pool. Nice play area for kids.
And of Course a really nice clean upscale Casino with name entertainers scheduled.
I can't address the area for other things to do since we were just traveling thru but the fishing is always good in the area.
We ere in a 38 ft. motorhome with a towed vehicle.
