This by far is the nicest campground in the area! Very clean and well taken care. All paved sites with grills, fire pits and picnic tables. The owners were so friendly, helpful and kind! Would definitely recommend this hidden treasure!!
This is a nice new Campground and it's by the pigeon River. You can get us site where you back up to the river. The water is crystal clear. The people that own the place or incredibly nice and helpful and will help you with whatever you need and super helpful and helping you back into your spot. There's an eagle's nest nearby and we were able to see it on the first day that we were here.
A beautiful campground fully paved and brand new. Sites are very spacious with a beautiful river. Great for a lazy day of fishing. Hospitality was the best I have ever seen. Owner RV on-site and are very accommodating.
Great place to stay. Cleanest place we have ever stayed! The owners are terrific and make you feel like family. Had a campfire at their trailer for anyone to attend and provided coffee and snacks. Attention to detail on everything. We will return very soon! Thank you Duvalls!
Every positive remark on here is true. Great owners and they will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The theme is like staying in a theme park and very enjoyable.
Stumbled upon this hidden gem while looking for an RV campground near where my nieces wedding was being held-small Resort but in a great Location, some sites on the river , pet and family friendly- the owners Leon & Alais Duvall are so kind and gracious- we will definitely stay here again
We visited Pigeon Forge every year for the last ten years. Stayed here in October of 2018 for 2 weeks. one of the best we have ever been in. Owners are great. Will return.
This is a small family-run campground. The sites are paved and long enough for our big rig. The campground was beautifully maintained. We would return.
Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting the Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg Area. Very nice, quiet campground. Since we stayed over the weekdays, it was very quiet and only a couple other RV / Travel Trailers on the grounds. Owners are very accommodating and made sure to call us on the way to check on us, and see what time we would be in so they would be there to meet us. Campground is gated, and has a gate code so that made it feel secure. Sites are all paved and are spaceous!! We would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful park by the Little Pigeon river. Our 40 foot RV fit just fine on back in site. Lots of trees on perimeter. Owners are great people. Would stay again longer.
Great place to stay! We were there two weeks and it is the perfect place to stay when visiting Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! The owners are super nice and take a lot of pride in their park! Definitely will stay again!!
Friendly, clean and close to everything while being out of the normal tourist traffic. Close to groceries, gas and some great local restaurants.
Nice paved sites. Friendly, helpful staff. Small resort but that s what I like. Would definitely stay here again. Cable only had 10 channels, bathhouse was a single stall shower and toilet but very neat and clean. Laundry had one washer and one dryer. All in all great spot that is nestled on a creek. The only downside if I had to have one is there is some road noise from the adjacent highway but resort is gated and fenced. Great stay and I would recommend to others.
Staying at this campground gets you close to all that is offered in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area without the horrible tourist traffic. This is a small, newer campground with level sites on asphalt. Each site has a picnic table, fire ring and grill. There are two things that make this park perfect; majority of the sites back up to the Little Pigeon River and the on-site owners are amazing! They are helpful with setting up your site and a wealth of knowledge of the area. There are also kayaks and floats available for use in the river! Just cannot go wrong with this campground.
