Basically this is a Days Inn parking lot RV Park. I guess I was turned off because they doubled the price because there was a county fair/rodeo in town. If you just need an overnight spot, this place is as good as any. It is paved, has full hookup and clean. It is right next to the freeway so you have that. The wifi was really bad, and that surprised me because it is a hotel and they usually do better. I couldn't get the cable to work, but there were actually plenty of over the air TV stations.

Very disappointed. Very high priced for parking lot to a hotel. It does have electric, water and sewer but all blacktop. The thing that I didn't like the most if you pay by credit card, they put your credit card in their computer PLUS scan your card. Perfect scenario for ID theft. They have no need to write card number down if they scan your card. Also very close to highway. Quite noisy with traffic.

Decent RV park. Flat sites, full hook- ups. Friendly staff. Lots of freeway noise. Good place to stay when in town for the annual rodeo.

Hookups okay but overpriced for what you get & where it is. As others said, it's a parking lot RV park behind the Days Inn. They quoted me $49 a night. When I balked they said $40. We took it only becuse it was very hot outside and we wanted electric to run our AC. Otherwise we usually stay next door at the truck stop or Buzz Steak House. Bathrooms/showers clean but badly in need of repairs (no screens on drains in shower, shower faucet broken, missing light bulbs, rotten wood). They give "free breakfast" of you pay $10 more to use indoor pool. Not free!! We've stayed in many other parking lot RV parks in our 3 yrs as full timers that were a lot nicer than this. Too expensive. Should be a $20-$25 a night.

Called to find out rates and to my surprise with my good SAMs it was 49.00. I said that was pretty high and he said you can use the hot tub and free wifi and I said no thanks and he quickly said I could have a spot for 39.00. That's still pretty high just to park overnight so I passed. Unfortunetly KOA was cheaper but booked.

Very noisy with freeway traffic and occasional train. Site is level but close to others. This is a good place to stay for a night when traveling through. You can have access to pool, hot tub and breakfast for an extra $10 a night.

Do not believe the pristine pictures. There were broken down RV s with old doors and refrigerators up against them, overflowing trash cans and dumpsters, rest rooms needing exterior paint with the entry door covered in graffiti and totally surrounded by hornet or bird nests.(The park chart given to us had this building next to our picture window marked as rest rooms, but the sign was blank, and we weren t about to open the door.) Free WiFi, hotel pool access (we didn t check it out), and free hotel breakfast consisting of sliced white bread (the hotel said normally biscuits with gravy but broken and the waffle maker broke that morning) are included in the $43 price. Cannot believe this place meets Good Sam minimum standards.

A dump . Looks like a place for homeless people. Would not stay again. Better keep your stuff locked up.
