Long pull throughs...long enough for our coach and trailer...over 61 feet...with room to spare. Peaceful and friendly ownership. This is our third stay here. Tip: this is a cash only park. We'll come back on our way home.

Great for overnight. Very easy access from I-10. Access in and out of the park especially for our coach towing a pickup truck (over 60 feet) was easy. Very neat, clean and well maintained. Wide pads so we were not on top of the neighboring RV and their hook ups. Well worth the price.
Owner was very nice. We stayed 2 nights. Many permanent residents but no junk.
I thought this was an excellent RV park. It is extremely clean and well-maintained. The sites are very large pull-throughs, which are a combination of grass and compact gravel. I believe they said each site is 100' long and 30' wide, which is great. Access from I-10 was very easy. All the facilities I saw were very clean. The only reason I gave 9 stars instead of 10 is because it doesn't have a pool or extra amenities like that. Be aware that they only take cash. No credit cards.
This is a very nice RV park. All 60 sites are pull throughs with full hookups and 50 amps. Sites are 100 ft long and 35 ft wide so are Big Rig friendly. No Trees! Location is about a half mile off the freeway and very quiet. Great for an overnight stay or longer. No fires other than the community fire pit. Quiet time is between 10pm and 7am.
Easy access from I10. Stayed one night going south. Very clean and well maintained. Nice dog walk. Very clean restroom/shower. Owners very friendly and helpful. Pull thru sites wide and long. Had 31ft motor home plus car dolly and had a lot of room all around. Would definitely stay there again.
Called ahead everything was ready when we got there nice comfortable lot. This is our second time and will be back!!
Great park just off the highway. Nice for a one night stand. Long pullthrough's 100 feet with 50 amp. Great for a big rigs one nighters.

Stayed here while changing our residency to Florida. Nice friendly owners, well maintained and nice looking park. About 30 minutes to the beach and a lot of military museums within an hour drive. We will definitely be staying here again
Nice park easily accessible from the highway and every site is a pull thru, which makes it great if you are driving a bigger rig or towing Do pay attention to the fact that they only take cash or check. The bath house is rather small for this size of park, only one woman s and one men s but they do have laundry facilities

Planned to stay at the Walmart in Crestview until we got creeped out by a homeless guy in his car parked nose to nose with us while we were grocery shopping. Full hookup, family owned.
Just purchased a travel trailer in Tampa stayed here on the way back home to Texas park was great quite and friendly they have a clubhouse where u can trade books sewer hook up only thing that was inconvenient was the road noise but great stay
We stayed here a week on the way West. What a nice, clean and very friendly Park to stay in. The Rates were very reasonable not over priced. Will definitely stay again when in the area,Only down side no Cable and had to pay for Wi-Fi if you wanted it.
Perfect park to hit the different beaches: Destin, Pensacola and Navarre! When we looked for Rv spot near the beaches the prices were crazy expensive and all booked! We found this gem and drove to different beaches each day, only 45 minutes away! Nice quiet park and staff very helpful and friendly!
