My rating could have been a 4 but the sites on the upper part of the park are not made for big rigs. Our site was fine until management tried to fit another MH between ours and another...the incoming MH could not even open their slides...the park did let the new arrivals use a different site that was much larger.....apparently the front desk folks don't have a grasp on what fits where... The park is located just above the fishing village and is a short drive to Seaview and Longbeach beaches. If you like fishing and fresh seafood, this place may be for you....just be careful of where they try to park you...
This park was designed, built and maintained by people that have never driven an RV of any kind. Starts off with a completely unnecessary guard shack at the entrance. Makes for a bit of a squeeze at the start. Then a steep hill up to the office and no place to park out of the way while registering. Sites up front are as tight as I have ever seen. Headed to the "cheep" sites, the road is rough and dusty. Had to wash the toad before detaching since it was covered in a thick layer of dust. The roads are NOT marked at all and the site markers weren't always visible from the road. Most of the folks I spoke with agreed that it takes about 3 trips through to find their site and then finally figure out how to find the entrance to the site. Probably the worst part is trying to pull back on the road when leaving the park. The Eagles Nest sign blocks the view of the road to the right making it difficult to pull out onto the road safely. The best thing I can say about this park is that It looks better than most of the parks we saw in the area. No WiFi. Will not stay in this park again.
