Clean rv park about 4 miles from downtown Steamboat. Pull through sites with hookups. Clean bathrooms with pay showers. Nice helpful owners.

| Okay location, close to downtown, expensive for no ammentities

Clean park, location is not to far from downtown. Very expensive for not having any ammentities. No playground, pool, etc. The women's bathroom does have a very small washer and dryer, they just ask for donations for using them.

| Simple, but effective, and exactly what we needed.

This place is small, and about 5 miles outside of town. So once you are parked, it is pretty quiet, and there is nothing around you but a couple of RVs and a bunch of mountains. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and this place is not full of rules, other than the typical basic ones (noise, dog on leash, etc). There is no pool, laundry, or other amenities, so there is not a lot of noise or outside action here. In fact, it sometimes feels like all the other RVs are empty, and we are the only ones here. We found the privacy and seclusion very pleasing and relaxing. All sites are pull through, and very large, with lots of space both side-to-side and lengthwise. Water pressure is very high, so bring a regulator. Wifi is pretty good, and we were way out at the end of the park. There was a lot of good walking/hiking area for us and the dog. We hit town several times, and it was an easy 10 minute drive and we were right in the middle of all of it. Be sure to visit the Strawberry Park Hot Springs ($15 per person), take a look at Pearl Lake and Steamboat Lake for hiking and fishing, and Fish Creek Falls for hiking and seeing nice waterfalls. TONS of good food, shopping, and sporting entertainment (fishing, boating, hiking, SUPing, skiing, etc).

Nice quiet small campground about 7 miles west of Steamboat Springs on St. 40. All pull through sites, reservations recommended especially for summer weekends. No assigned sites, just arrive and take what is available.
