Good place for people to stay for awhile. Grass, tree's, paved black top roads and close to tulsa. Good monthly prices.
Nice quiet place to stay. They only have one over night spot to stay, if you don't mind cleaning your roof every day as the only over night spot is under a large Pecan tree that drops it's unripe pecans on your roof. They all so hit the roof with a lot of force. They stain your roof and it does not clean off all the way.
I think this park has lots of potential. I have stayed here 3 times when in Tulsa. My opinion is that there are too many permanent residents and the trailers show it. I don t want o come across as a snob, but I m sure I will, there a number of trailers that makes one wonder how they survive du I guess the coldest part of winter. He monthly fee is $400 and that includes the electricity so if they charged (not advocating it) my thought these people would probably need to find another trailer o place to go. Plus with the junk laying out and around the trailers the aesthetics aren t the best. I think if they cleaned out the junk, did some landscaping on a more regular basis this could really be a nice park even with the noise from the highway.
