Quiet and handy location. Price was written as $50, and was told by the first guy $50 also. but later, we were charged for $60 by the other guy, had no choice.
It's neither a RV Park nor a Campground. It's nothing but a fairground... :-(

RV park is now open to the public. Nice location, in the heart of Santa Barbara.
Don not stay here. We show up 7pm, guy told us we have to make reservation week advance but lot was completely empty. Asked him why week advance he told us he's having dinner.
We stayed here four nIghts. I didn t hit it off well with the manager, but the location in SB is wonderful. I can deal with it being just a big parking lot with hook ups and I can deal wIth a snippy manager to be able to stay here, so close to State Street, restaurants, and relatively close to the beach. Just be sure to make reservations in advance. Apparently, the manager doesn t like to be inconvenienced with people coming in without reservations, even if the park is empty.
60 dollars pour une place sur un Parking ouvert et non surveillé ! Personnel pas vraiement accueillant ! Seulement en cas de nécessité, sinon à éviter
