We LOVED this park! Everything is well kept up and high quality. It's a quiet park with friendly staff. Inexpensive laundry facility in the park(quarters in the office). The pool was a wonderful perk especially for the price of rent. Fishing ponds are great and they make sure to mow a decent path around the whole thing. The only suggestion I would have to improve this park is better parking. Even at the largest pull through the parking is slim (enough for one car at your spot). They did just pour concrete parking pads for each back spot; which, almost negates my comment, but I did hear they were planning on installing another row of spots there?? Also, there are a pack(5 six to ten year-olds) of wild kids that roam all day and night unattended by parents who really take away from the peace this park could have.
Nice newer park, well laid out. Office staff was helpful, friendly and assisted us to our camp site. Just traveling through and stayed the nite. Has nice fishing lakes on the property, no license needed and people were catching good size fish. Concrete slabs and grass along with the rest of the park, was well taken care of. Full book ups, didn t hook into the cable. Baths and laundry looked efficient and clean.

Very well-maintained park with concrete roads and pads and nice grass between. Staff was very helpful and directed us to our site. The price was a bit high considering its location in a small East Texas town & the cable package could have been better. We would stay there again if overnighting in Cleveland.
