Very poorly run
Im a veteran with the service dogs and was denied, also park owner too busy to talk to me
Have 2 PITBULLS that are registered service animals and was denied a spot. Violation of federal law
The management is very unhelpful. Damaged RV coming in because nobody would help guide through all the trees and low limbs. The park is run down and you can smell the sewer.

Management doesn't seem to know what they are doing if you can even find any management

Drove through there in my car-roads one lane wide with tall cement curbing-extremely tight fit for big rigs...lots of shade...but at a cost of tougher access.....not taking our 42' fw there after this.....it's a fish camp well past its heyday....the campers with old furniture and garbage piled around their sites don't help things...
Most lots are nice and shady. Nice and quiet. Bathroom, laundry room and pool are nice and clean. Affordable. Monthly resident.
Tore up my roof getting in here
