Clean level spots, gravel drive is not level with concrete there is quite the "bump" to get up to the concrete. People are noisy, but friendly. There isn't a real office, you got to the managers home. There is a "no aggressive dogs" rule, yet I was bit by the managers dog on my way out. The little guy didn't hurt me, just a heads up. If you're staying for work it's not bad just not a great part of Houston.
Called ahead and no one answered or returned my call. Got there and it was full of long term residents . Finally found the managers trailer and was met by barking dogs and a bad attitude.Apparently they were full, I would have know that with a return call and avoided the entire situation. It s a sketchy area and definitely not some place I would recommend!
