Small, looks a little run down. Was as advertised tho. $20/night. WiFi, sewer, water on pad. Lowest priced fuel in Hays. Fresh bakery donuts at convenience store. Super friendly staff! We'll be back.

We TRIED to stay here but with no luck. Arrived just after 5pm. Place looked very run down, almost abandoned. The "office", a cement block bldg, was closed with a sign that directed us to call a number. We tried many times but no answer. Just did not look safe so we kept going.

Nothing as described WOULD NOT STAY! Took one look and turned around.

This prob used to be a nice park. Ownership has changed. We were on a nice concrete slab, mowed lawn, wifi, 50 amp, sewer and water. Even had cable for $20.00 a nite. Cheap gas also. I'd go back not strict about check out time. Go for it

It is a little run down, but once you get back to the rv spots there is a nice grassy area and you can't see the road. For 20 bucks a night you can't really beat it. Quiet with hook ups

Some disrepair, tight turn in w/40' & toad. Good price. We stayed 2 days as tourists. Friendly managers. Quiet. No view. Neighbors yard 1 star. Real good hermit parking.

No RV park in sight. There was an RV sales lot nearby but the Convenience store with the sign was abandoned. The one star rating was necessary to post this comment- no star really
