My family and I have attempted on multiple occasions to contact this park with no response at all. We love Mexico Beach and found Rustic Sands to be the perfect place to stay. I guess customer service is becoming a thing of the past.

Be wary once you have given credit card. Other campers are very friendly but management greets you with You leave by 11:00 checkout or we escort you. Next door campers said their hot water hoses burst due to water pressure but could get no one to answer phone or address the issue. The policy states "no refunds or adjustments EVER". Only unpleasant park on a 3 week trip through the gulf. Would NEVER stay there again. It's Jekyll and Hyde after you've paid!
Relaxed and laid back, nice Park, right across from public beach. Patrons are allowed to use Hotel pool and accommodations. 50 bucks per night. Call ahead because they are always almost full. We got lucky during the week for 3 nights.
