I stayed here for over a week in January 2015. Pros: Accept Good Sam. Longer term residents are friendly. Wifi is better here than at most other campgrounds. It's TengoInternet. Very good, clean restrooms. Good Weekly rate: $125 Decent monthly rate: $250 + electricity Cons: Despite being called a Little Green Oasis, there is no green anywhere. Lots of goatheads everywhere. No community room for RVers. Front office is just a shop. No shops or restaurants within walking distance except a gas station.
Office staff is nice. Sites are long but narrow , and not a fan of buddy sites at all.
Friendly staff w/many long-term residents. All dirt roads & lots make for a bit of dust, but we'll manicured lots with trees. Site was long enough to not have to disconnect toad. Not sure abt amenities we only used electric. Off I-10 enough for no road noise. Train off in the distance I only heard faintly once at 7:30am.
