This part has some permanent residents and many open spots for RVers. There are activities planned every day during the Winter. They have dances, jam sessions, excercise, swimming, craft sales, potlucks, shuffleboard, cards of all kinds, bingo, pool tournaments, informative meetings, entertainers and Saturday breakfasts and Thursday evening meals. Canadians are welcomed along with the many American Winter Texans. The park is gated. You can receive your mail and packages with no problems. The laundry is very reasonable and clean. Very safe place with lots of friendly people. We love the peacefulness there! We are always able to find an activity to do at Eldorado Acres!
