Nice sites. This park is at the south end of Elephant Butte & has cabins available. No facilities ie bathhouse or laundry but the view is beautiful

| Nice park, Bad Management

The Park itself is nice. The Management, not so much. Stayed for a moth but had to move spots because the Management had made a booking mistake. They could have changed the site for the incoming RV but made us move instead. They also over charged for our electricity at checkout time. After I pointed this out they did make the correction but it almost cost me an extra $50

This is one of the most beautiful RV resorts I've ever stayed at. We stay all summer long and everyone is extremely nice. I don't have pictures to add to this post, but it is extremely clean and well managed. You have access to two beautiful pools (outdoor pool across the street) and an indoor pool in the RV park. The bathrooms and showers are always clean and modern. There are plenty of washers and dryer. Two dog runs; the big one has fruit trees and both have doggie poop bags. Road runners and rabbits roam all over the park. Management is extremely friendly. I feel very safe in the RV park with security watching out for everyone. The amenities in the park are extraordinary.

| Very nice, but expensive.

We stopped for a night. Very nice place. Clean, well managed. Wonderful laundry and shower rooms. People were friendly. Lots of seasonal renters, seems like few short term folks. Lots were very close. Pull through lots in particular we’re tight; with the slides out we couldn’t walk around the RV. One star docked for price - $58 with tax for FHU in the off season was very high. Maybe long term rates are better. Would stay again, especially if we needed a day to do laundry and make the most of amenities.

New Mexico RV parks have a tendency to be gravel parking lots, but this one is extremely well kept and lovely with trees and clever landscaping. Beautiful view for sunrise, beautiful sunset. Very quiet. Even though it's a bit pricey, you get a perfectly level site, full hook up, good Wi-Fi, and there is food close by if you want to eat out. Laundry and group space. Highly recommended if you're willing to spend a little extra for an overnight right next to an unbelievably beautiful State Park. Will return!
