| Good place to camp with a boat
Lot of waterfront sites......need a boat or kayak while staying here
| Great get away on the lake
This state park is kinda out in no where, but has a nice clean lake. You have 2 Towns within 7 miles that have the basics for shopping. If you like being on the lake and out in the country this is a great trip! Park is maintained ok. Restrooms and showers could be better/cleaner and they have no a/c in them so very humid over the summer.
| This is a good one
We stayed on site 25 which has 30 and 50 amp service, a great view of the lake, cable tv, level site and a view of the Milky Way to remember. There are several parks in the area to choose from but I believe this one is an excellent choice and it appears many of the lake front sites have been updated. Did I mention it has cable television hookups ? Boy are we spoiled!
