| Only RV park with open spots from Denver to Grand Junction
Got in very late, open spots and set up very nicely for late arrivals. Just check the board at the office to see what spots are reserved. Got a beautiful spot on the creek. Only drawback is poor cell coverage.

This is a nice place but has its draw backs. Internet is weak and almost worthless. Streaming forget about it. No phone AT&T reception. We were there for a month otherwise could care less about reception. Showers and bathrooms clean but need work. This was base camp for son's baseball summer league. Staff was friendly but a one man show. Store open one hour in the morning and two hours early evening. Some campsites are better than others. 2.4 miles to town. Nice lake reservoir 6 miles away fishing and swimming. Not far from Glenwood Springs with all kinds of outdoor Rec.
