We were able to call that day, get a pull through spot, they even accommodated our moving truck on their property towards the street and this was during Elvis week. The host was very friendly and was helpful, her recommendations helped a lot since we just so happened to pass through and wanted to see a little bit of everything. The park is within walking distance from Graceland about 2 blocks. We stayed two nights, the second night our moving truck which was pretty close to Elvis Presley Blvd windshield had two small bullet holes in it, we got the insurance on the moving truck so it can be replaced. Memphis itself has a high crime rate so keep that in mind and lock up your belongings.
We we're highly disappointed with our stay here! We booked for 3 nights and sadly it was a disaster. The park is dated. The roads are rough and patched together. The hookups are VERY FAR from the parking spots. We we're not even able to hook up to water because it was 30+ feet from the parking spot. We asked for an extension for white hose and they didn't have any to offer. Luckily we had white water on board. The spot was on a hill and our back Jack's weren't able to touch the ground fully extended they were 3 feet from the ground!!! We we're traveling with a Uhall and we informed them we need a place to park it while we were there and when we got there they acted like they knew nothing about it and wasted a day of our trip making us move it around all day. The bathrooms are locked with code. They are extremely dated!!!! The office is extremely dated!!! Stay somewhere else. This place is a waste of your time money and trip!! Despite our inability to fully use the hookups we were charged full price for our stay there!!
The previous reviews are not for this park! They are for the Graceland RV Park. This park is very old. It does not have pull-through sites. It does not have a pool. It is 2 blocks away from Graceland, NOT across the street. It is clean. It is rough around the edges. Everything works and they are very dog friendly. Wifi is great. The neighborhood can be noisy on the weekends.

Pull through spots. Good restrooms. Walking distance to Graceland. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I'd give it 5 stars, but the park was a little small, and not a lot of extras.
Great restrooms and walking distance to Graceland. Several little perks with discounts at other businesses. Loved the free pink limo ride to eat BBQ! Over all a great surprise.
with Graceland Guest House just in front and Graceland to the side the location is great for Elvis related visits. But the RV park that carries the Elvis name and logo is disappointing and Elvis would not be proud! Bathroom and showers must be remodeled and upgraded.
