Reviews for Emerald Beach RV Park

| Beautiful location and clean

We stayed here last minute and were able to snag a waterfront spot. This park is super clean and has a very helpful and friendly staff. Love the small deck area at our spot. Great to set up your beach chairs there and enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails. The small beach area is nice for sunning or floating in the water. They have a pier for fishing too. Bathrooms are clean! Would recommended this place, especially if you can get a waterfront site!

I would give this place a 10+. Staff will go out of their way to help out in any way. Although the sites are close together, you feel like you are at the park alone. Great little private beach and pier. View of the bridge makes some beautiful evening sunset pictures. Easy to get to and close to everything.

| A Favorite

We stay here frequently when in the FL Panhandle. We like the little private beach (Sound side), pool, and love the swing! It has a tiki hut and pier. We have our own kayaks, but they do have a few kayaks and SUPs for rent. Not that we use them, however, the bathrooms are clean and well- maintained. It's close to Navarre Beach (just over the bridge), plus a good place for me to bike. Negatives are that the sites are somewhat cramped, not enough patio space, and constant sand at your door. The trees also drop some yucky something that gets all up on the awnings and roof. It remains a favorite for us despite any shortcomings.

Great place. Clean, level concrete sites. Everyone was very friendly. Had an all you can eat seafood buffet while we were there. They have faucets for washing RV as well as a service that comes thru and will wash and wax for a very reasonable price. We will be back!!

This is my mom and I favorite campground! We come here once a year. This is our home away from home! The management and staff are wonderful! They treat you like family!

Best place in area for the price too! Super nice people and very clean. Cute little private beach with tiki huts and a pier for fishing. Small and intimate. Close to bridge over to Pensacola beach which had our private beach spit with white sand and emerald clear water. AMAZING!

We were just passing through and called to see if we could stay the night. The staff was very friendly and when we checked in had taco Tuesday tickets that we bought for a wonderful dinner with music. Didn't even have to cook! Very clean and a nice beach to relax on. Wish we had more time to stay here.

True 5-star park. We spent spring break there with 4 other families. Our group had 1 Class A, 2 fifth wheels and two travel trailers. The park was perfect for all of us. The staff is super friendly. Everything is spotlessly clean. Having a beach at the park is a huge advantage. I launched my fishing kayak right from the beach. My only desire would be expanded dog walk areas or perhaps an off-leash fenced in dog park area.

We came here not knowing what to expect. After staying for a month and going by every RV from Destin to Pennsacola, this is the bedt by far. Lots of things to do. About 20 miles west of Destin and 20 miles East of Pennsacola. Lots to choose from! About the park itself. Lots of long pull thus. 2 sewer conects, water for washing camper, (there are a couple of guys that will come to your rig and wash it reasonably priced), FHU, private pier & beach, nice pool, nice clubhouse, about 6 beautiful spots on water. Now for the atmosphere! Fran is a wonderful host, along with her staff. She has many activities at the club house, such as parties, weekly ice cream socials, breakfasts, Etc. They will do almost anything to help, including getting into locked out units etc. We mentioned a tree coming close to our slide cover and tree branches were trimmed within minutes. Will definately make this a place on travels! We are full time in a 40 foot fifth wheel!

The only negatives in our mind was the access off of 98 and the pool was cold. Has a great sense of community for a small park. Lots to see in the area. Walked out on the fishing pier each night for a beautiful sunset. Great people in the office. Activities for this small park word great. 44 foot diesel pusher with the truck. Will stay here whenever we are in the area.

We have stayed at this campground several times. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Park is clean and beautifully landscaped. Love the beach and the view. We stayed here in a motorhome.

| Wonderful Park in a Great Location

By user-5521767... on 2018-03-14.

This is a very nice campground. The views are outstanding. The staff is very nice. It is ideally situated to take advantage of everything! Beautiful Navarre Beach is just over the bridge! There are plenty of shops, stores, and restaurants close by. FYI, when departing, you must travel east. If you need to go west and are tok long to make a u-turn, get immediately over to the left turn lane and turn onto Elks Way. Go straight and a little way in is a large traffic circle. You can use that to then head back to US-98 and turn right (west). The next place to safely turn around is at Deb's Coffee Drive-thru or the Walmart. The Walmart has a couple of tight corners, so is not condusive to larger rigs.

Beautiful RV park with access to the Santa Rosa Sound via a small private beach. Sites are adequately sized, mostly level, with dedicated parking space for toad. EWS well positioned with good quality cable. WIFI is decent. Pool is heated and clean. Administration is very helpful and friendly with plenty of social opportunities for long term guests. Big rig friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean park. Well maintained. Close to many restaurants. Can drive over to Navarre Beach for beach access. Highly recommend.

| Great RV Park!

By user-5994304... on 2019-08-09.

This is one of the BEST RV Parks we have stayed at since being on the road! You ll not be disappointed with the location, near beaches, great restaurants, quiet (except when sirens go by at night) and easy drive to Pensacola and Destin. Great staff and customer service too!

| Excellent except noise

By user-5877358... on 2019-08-09. Stayed 2019-01-27 to 2019-02-17

Pros: level concrete pads. Small rv park. Area to park vehicles. Clean park. Heated pool. Ok size pads. Beautiful scenery. Beach. Nice dog area. Great staff. Extra activities. Good price. Cons: Noise from traffic from Hwy is noticeable and not peaceful. Then add the military explosives going on every night until late not quite relaxing like they advertise

This is a gorgeous place! Nice long pull through concrete sites with full hookups. Nice beach on the sound with a nice long pier out into the sound. Everyone here is so nice and friendly. Skateboards and scooters are not allowed, so nice and quiet! There is a Shrimp Basket restaurant within walking distance. Publix is less than a mile away. Great location! The only downside is if you want to go west, you must head East and do a Uturn. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.
