Called an hour out looking for a site to accommodate 72 ft MH and trailer. Office very helpful getting us settled. Allot of spaces taken for long term renters/workers but area was ok and residents were quiet. Freeway noise there but not offensive. Ok overnight place.

| This park was ridiculous. We we to see my son in Emporia. We were met with nothing but rules that were stupid and nd extra fees.

I felt like I was in the twilight zone. They couldn't even look up a zip code with a computer right in front of them. They accuse you of going to fast, parking on no grass, wat hinges you like you are criminals. Do yourself a favor and by pass this park if possible. They charge extra for children and Dults if you go with your family. They are just weird people.

I had a reservation that was prepaid in full. I had a mechanical issue that caused a cancellation. I called and cancelled. They did not refund any of my money. I only expected a partial refund. This is an extremely noisy and inhospitable place to stay.
