The location is the draw for this park. The land must be worth a fortune, since it is so close to Disney property. Many full time residents work there. The parking sites are run down. Some are concrete, but also worn down. Many are worn gravel with grass growing into them. A large park, but simply looks like time has passed it by.
Stayed for a week from Christmas to New Years. As you can imagine most of the sites were full of snowbirds. Sites are right next to each other but are level. Most sites have a pad. We had full hookups for our 27' tow trailer. No courtesy porter here. I had to back into our site. Only issue was the 30 amp outlet was damaged. Was able to connect to the 50 amp no problem. Nice dog park, we were close but could be a long walk for some sites. Laundry and bath facilities were adequate. Would go there again for sure.
Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Disneyworld - about 20mins drive away. Paid $42p/n for a basic full hook-up site. Amenities were well kept and clean. Nice pool and new half basketball court.
