There is a reason there are no pictures of the RV sites. Beware.

Sites are on the downhill side of OK but definitely nothing special. A bit on the crowded side, sort of like a KOA. Beware of the sites in the 70's; currently the sewage equipment runs all night and is loud. Better choices around so... not coming back.

Level sites..Premium sites are concrete, the remainder, grass. Most sites are pull-thru, but paved access roads are narrow. Would definitely stay again! I stayed in a 42' motorhome.

Due to Events in the area, there wasn't much available. Good experience, price not bad, 80 percent permanent residents & VERY tight roads & sites. Full hookups, Wifi good but $15. a week. Bath, Showers & laundry very clean. Some of the eastern sites flooded after heavy rain. Would return if needed.

We like this place and go there often. We live 30 minutes away and go here when my wife can't get off enough days for a long trip. We love camping. Just make certain your on the front circle which has a lot of sites for visitors. The back circle is mostly for permanent campers. If you get put there the sites are small, usually surrounded by house trailers and very difficult to get your camper in. If you wind up with a non sewer site don't worry as they have free pump out service on Tuesdays and Fridays. They have good dump stations if your leaving on a day they don't pump out. Pool is great, bathrooms are clean but little run down. Picnic tables on each site are very new. No fire pits but you can bring your howl. Staff is friendly. Close to the beach, lots of good restaurants and the Daytona Flea Market and Racetrack. There is also a dog racetrack near by. Saint Augustine and Blue Springs State Park (manatees Dec to March) are close enough for a day trip.

Most of the staff was very friendly. The pool area is nice although not heated as advertised. The sites are super small, it was difficult to get a 42 fifth wheel in. We booked a full hookup site but upon arrival were told it s a water/electric only site but they advertise it as full hookups because they pump out the tanks twice a week for us. If they had disclosed this upon booking we would have chosen somewhere else. If we stayed here again it would be because of the great location.
