More like a gravel parking lot with RVs on top of each other. No grass for dogs. It is NOT on the lake. You have to cross a VERY busy road to get to the lake. Not at all what we expected. Would not recommend.

An ok spot to visit the area. About a 10 minute drive to downtown Estes Park. Full hook up / pull thru site was around $48 with Reserve America fee include.

Spaces close together. Looked out dining table window to neighbors truck. No Wfi or cable. Difficult to get into site. All gravel, brought dust into trailer.
