Was a bit wet around the parking sites but still good for a night, or a few. We did not goo anywhere but the campground.
Spots are set up a little awkwardly. If we backed in (like we're supposed to) our doors weren't on the same side as the fire pit and picnic table. Several other campers mentioned this, as well, so it wasn't just us! LOL Other than that, it was a great park! Short walk to the lake was my favorite! Nice clean facilities and sites, friendly help at the front shack.
Needed a place to spend the night with power. Nice park with easily accessible sites. Price is right. It was very quiet. Had a nice view of the lake at sunset.
Watch out low clearance of 12ft 6 in before park.
22ft class C. Nice park with playground that is free to enter until memorial day. Easy directions. There is a low bridge so be aware of that 12ft 6, not sure if the other way in had one too or not. Easy to pick a site after hours, pay in the morning process. Electric worked good. Bathrooms and showers were great! Lending library and dishwashing station was a very nice bonus!! Roads are paved and Sites are gravel with fire rings and picnic tables, good space between neighbors at most sites. We can't wait to come back next year and stay longer!!
