Very, very nice. Neat as a pin and pleasing to the eye. This is an Escapees park and therefore there are leaseholders that live there full time. The lots (They are much more than sites for the leaseholders) are all the same size and any outbuildings are same color, same roof, etc so there is continuity. Also, there is not one single lot that is junked up. There might be a few that are 'busy' with flower pots or yard art (some people don't know when to quit). But none of them are unsightly. There are very few sites for transients but what there is is all gravel, very neat, a little tight - not too bad. We had a W/E site and the electric is positioned pretty far to the front. Need to have a long cord. Because of the location and what we witnessed here we would seriously consider leasing here when and if we get tired of full time travel. Great Wifi and good Verizon cell signal.
