Accessible to the US-101, shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Good staff, clean facilities, new laundry machines. Quiet, courteous neighbors, mostly long-term. Some traffic noise, and train tracks on the other side of hwy. Train doesn't run at night, tho.
Very friendly community. Mainly permanent residents. We have a 40 foot fifth wheel with 5 slides, I would classify it as a "big rig". We were put in a spot that totaled maybe 43 feet. We had to have almost all the neighbors move their vehicles in order to get in and out. Again very friendly, but I struggle that this complex is meant for big rig access. We chose for the location.
It's a nice location but the prices are way too high for what you get. There was no cable and most the people here live here year-round. Price was $71.00. If you have an opportunity to find something else I would
We Got the last spot. If you get place 500-509 don't, no Wifi and its next to the Road. The rest of the park looks nice.
