Mostly seasonal and full timers with a few spaces for transients. Pads are narrow but flat and site has a lot of room for slideouts. Good 50A power and good wifi. We did not use facilities. We stayed in 35 ft motorhome. Owner was friendly and helpful. There was some road noise. We would stay again for 1 or 2 nites
Lots of full-timers here. Nice laundry and shower. Lots of green space for dogs to walk. Has a boat launch on the property. Very helpful owners. We would stay here again.
