Stayed one night on our way home. Park is really clean, sites are paved and flat. Staff was friendly. Almost did not follow the GPS as it looked like it was taking us back on the freeway but it knew best and we got there. Also, park is well marked and has easy access.
We passed up many RV parks to stay at Fernbrook. The reviews are spot on, very clean, paved and level spots. Didn't use wifi or bathrooms, but my husband looked in one, he said very nice. Friendly staff and easy in and out. Be sure to follow GPS instructions. We will stay again!
New park being expanded already. In the country far enough off the interstate to be quiet and peaceful. Sites are on concrete pads but close together. Most with what appear to be seasonal residents. Almost full when we arrived so call ahead and check on availability. Clean, well maintained restrooms and showers. Staff friendly and nice. Good Sam and camp Texas discount.
As others have written, this is a very nice park. It has it all... nice concrete spaces, green vegetation, clean facilities, great amenities. Really nothing negative here!
One of the best I've seen and the price was very reasonable with military discount. We've stayed in some dumps and paid the same...these folks care!

Stayed there a week ago. Everything was wonderful. Paved roads, lush green grass, very clean area, lots of dog walking areas. Would stay again.
What a treat to pull into this campground and see nothing but nice buildings and roads and to talk with a welcoming and friendly staff. Restroom and shower facilities were modern and immaculate as were the grounds. Quiet evening and level lots. Must stay. Appreciate how the family manages their investment & cares for customers with little things like playground for children.
We planned to stay for one night on our way through town and ended up extending our stay we liked it so much. Each site is leveled pavement with great water pressure and full hookups. Cable was great, as was wifi. There was a small fenced run for a dog park, but there's also a huge field behind the campground that my dog loved. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I didn't use them, but the pool, laundry, and bathrooms all looked very clean and well maintained. The campground is next to Miss Mary's Place, a beautiful wedding venue. If my husband and I weren't already married we would have come back to get married there! We'll definitely be back to stay longer at this campground. Prices were very reasonable, and they offer a Good Sam discount.
I was amazed that they escorted to my site by the owner. Made me feel soecial. Very nice pool, very clean grounds .

Excellent RV Park. We arrived after hours, so they had an envelope waiting for us outside the office. Very organized and nice over the phone. Long, concrete, FHU, pull-thru site with paved, asphalt roads.Plenty of cable channels. WiFi worked well. Good Verizon cell service. Small,fenced pet area, but there's a huge field behind RV park. This is a very clean, well-maintained park. Easy access off I-20, but no road noise. We would definitely stay here again.
RV Parky is way behind on cost to stay here. With Good Sam discount it is $40.50 per night. It is very neat, clean and quiet.
We stayed overnight and found everything in working order. The sites are cement pads very well leveled. The hook ups are also pretty new. All was fine, if I have one complain is logging on to the Internet. The connection is through Tengointernet and the code never worked for me. It's happened to us also in other parks. I'd ask the management to make the log in easier. I do not like the Tengointernet registration and code system. If you call ahead and pay, they have a good night check in.
This park is a couple of miles from I-20. The staff is very friendly and efficient. This is a nicely laid out park with staggered sites. There is decent spacing between sites with some grass and small trees. Sites are long and level and navigation through the park was easy. There are mostly long term residents with a few open sites for over night guests. All is neat and clean. We were sitting outside when a nice gentlemen came along spraying for ants. We never saw any ants so it much be working – a plus! I didn’t use the laundromat but there appeared to be quite a few washer and dryers, and it looked very clean. Tengointernet is their internet of choice. Sigh. However, it worked ok even though it stalled out a few times. Directv satellite worked fine as did Verizon. They have cable too. The only ding was the surprising amount of traffic on FM 2011 even at night – loud tricked up cars and trucks that were quite noisy. If it hadn’t been for that, it would have been a peaceful visit. We were parked up near the front.
Great place to stay, either short term or long. About 2 miles off the freeway, wooded area, very quiet, very clean, paved road, cement pads so very level, wide spaces for easy in and out, great clean restrooms/showers. Did not use the laundry but Im sure it is just as great. Very friendly and helpful staff and camp host. Would definitely come back and stay longer.
This is a exceptional RV Park. Management was extremely friendly and helpful. Very spacious sites concrete and pavement. Have 84 sites. Very nice Amenities!
Very nice, well kept campground. Well off the interstate but that s ok. Some seasonal but neatly kept. Definitely recommend.
Very well kept asphalt RV park. Level spot. Sites a little close. Neighbors dog decided to sniff me the whole time I was setting up. Oh well. Other than that OK.
Ideally located far enough from I-20 to be quiet but handy, about 2 miles from the interstate exit. Well maintained facility with concrete pads and plenty big for our class A plus our towed vehicle. Courteous and efficient staff escorted us to our site and we enjoyed some conversation. Pricing is not a real bargain but competitive with comparable parks.
Beautiful place. Someone has spent a lot of money on this park. Neat and nicely organized with excellent facilities.
