We would give 2.5 stars. There are very limited no. of sites that are level, concrete dual wide, 50 amp, water and sewer, no shade. Other sites are on soil that gets soft because it is sandy. these sites are uneven, 30 amp, water and sewer. Amenities are basic but clean and limited. We did not use restrooms. Many permanent residencies. Mt. Dora is main attraction, about 20 min away.
Our second season, this year they poured concrete on about 75 sites. Small park, but you just can't beat the view, overlooking their golf course and Lake Harris. Not surrounded by busy commerical lined streets. Lots are good size, plenty of space. Not much in amenities, clean laundry, boat docks and ramp. Plenty to do in surrounding towns, Disney is less than an hour drive, depending on traffic
