The staff is nice. Sites very tight. Mostly snow birds and LONG term trailers which are not kept up. Lovely location but can make up for the negatives.
Meet new owner nice man. Grounds and sites look clean and maintained. Owner says they have lots of upgrades planned. March week rate $395 + electric.
