We stayed here for one night on our trip back to Jacksonville, FL. Very nice RV Park. Very convientient to the restaurants and the Naval Aviation Museum. Owner/manager was super. I will be back!!
New park that just recently opened. Everyone has been very helpful and inviting. The improvements,they are doing to the park, appears to be the beginning of a great RV park that is sure to be a favorite to anyone passing this way.
It is sort of cute, but it smells bad. It is quiet, not a lot of amenities, no shower or bathrooms, it has a laundry, we didn't use it. A bit pricey for one that doesn't have barrooms/showers. It has wifi, the electric, water, hook ups, and a dedicated area for dog running.
This is a beautiful campground with all the extra touches. The campground host checked us in and helped us hook up. They provided blocks for our jacks for the several sites that do not yet have concrete pads. There are hoses attached to well water that are provided for washing your RV if you want. Nice touch.The area is right off I-10 with easy access. Restaurants nearby. They were making more improvements to the campground as we were there. We stayed 2 nights in a 37' motor home. Would definitely stay here again when in Pensacola.
Stayed one night on a drive through. Nice and clean with level concrete pads. The owners were the very best, will help you with anything. If your close by I recommend giving it a try.

Nice new park. Easy to get to big neon sign at entrance. Clean and pleasant. Just staying the night but I will return. Plus you can wash your unit with out extra money.
This is a hidden gem in the world of RV parks....Nik the owner greets you with a warm welcome , takes you to the site and hooks you up ! What a nice jester after a long day on the road. Clean, quiet, close to Sony's Ribs and Aviation Museum. A few sites have concrete pads call for reservations. Right off hwy 10 we will be back

This is a nice park. They are new owners and are working hard to fix it up. But the real gem is the owner. We rolled in late for one night and he was there to sign us in and even helped us set up in the dark. I'll definitely stay here again
Clean, quiet and easily accessible from I-10. Owners very helpful and friendly. They escort you to the sites which are level and have concrete pads for under wheels. They do have a cute little laundry facility. Close to local attractions. Walking distance to convenience store and BBQ joint (adjoins property). Would get 5 stars except there were no bathroom/shower facilities. Full hook-ups at the site. Would definitely return. 29' Class C with toad

Stayed 7/21/16 and loved it. Came back on return leg on 7/30/16. 43' MH with tag (all tires sat on concrete) great since we were 43,000lbs and pulling a toad. Only a few pull through sites so reserve early if needed. Owner(?) recently promoted to O-5 (8/1).
We are full timers that travel, and work, in our 40' Diesel pusher with a tow. When we explained this, the owners were more than accommodating! This is a place where you feel accepted right away as part of the family. We move almost every week, and can tell you this is one of the finest parks we have ever stayed in! Wayne & Lori
This was a very comfortable park. Nice level sites in a rapidly improving park. The owners were very nice and helpful. We got in late after a frustrating travel day and they helped us get on our site and them came to us to check us in.
My wife and I have stayed in the park four times, we have enjoyed our stay each time. The park is in a good location, the staff are very accomodating. The park is always clean and well kept.
This was a great find on my trip. Called at the last minute on a Sunday and was able to get into the last spot. Very nice guy as manager (Tom) who made sure we had everything we needed. Really nice setup with concrete pads and cute little arrangements of flower boxes at all the sites. Good TV and wifi which helped a lot too. I would definitely stay here again.
Was caught without a spot to stay in Pensacola till out reservation started next week at Fort Pickens. Called several times and finally Bob answered and said "sure we've got a spot for you". I took it--when I turned in there was a no vacancy sign out. Saved by Bob?
Even has the best dog park area I've ever seen. What a nice place --why leave--wanted to stay over and Vincent fixed everything --even though they were full. Nicest people ever--just come in tomorrow and pay--so nice. "Absolutely Level" don't think I've ever seen a level pad site before. I'll be back--for a month or longer.
This RV park is so fantastic that I canceled my reservation at Fort Pickens to stay here another week. Bill saved the day for me again. Everywhere you look there is something so neat and cool. Food near here is fantastic. What a great place.
Spoke with Bill this morning, and he told me he had a last minute cancellation otherwise the park was full. This park is excellent VERY clean; level sites; and with interesting old military vehicles and tinyhouses $38 with 5% discount. Walking distance to Stores and restaurants through gates in the park. Doesn't bother me that they don't have shower/restrooms - I prefer to use my own anyway. Highly recommend.
People were very friendly. RV pads were very nice and the spaces were roomy and eating places very close by. Will definitely stay here on the trip home.
Called & got the last spot for one night. Large paved pull thru site with patio. Bill escorted us to the site & gave us local info, like the access to Sonny's (which was very good). Large dog park. Well lit. Would deffently stay there again if at all possible.
Just stopped in for one night. Everything is really nice and clean. Spots are very nice. Got in later in the evening, Bill wasn't in the office when I came in but he came over to my spot shortly after I got parked to greet us and make sure everything was good. Quiet in the evening.
This is our third year stopping here and love it each time!! Wish we could stay longer but it is full
Stayed the weekend to bring our high schooler over to tour the University of West Florida. This is a beautiful park. Love the bicycles that are around the park for residents use. Wouldn t hesitate to stay again and for longer next time.
Stayed in site 14...Loved this campground, level sites, courtesy jack pads, pull thru site with picnic table and umbrella....good wifi and a honor system laundry inside a trolley as well as courtesy bicycles throughout the park..walking distance to convenience store and restaurants....and a huge dog park!!! Will definatley be back!!
