Worst night sleep in over a year. Lots of noise at this place.

| Clean

By user-5844213... on 2018-07-09.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Would have preferred grass to ice plant between sites.

| Loud noise all night very dirty

By user-6164075... on 2018-07-09.

Worst 49.00 I ever spent rat droppings in laundromat area, rude staff, loud all night, drunks and druggies running all over the place...place on down hill slide my advise STAY FAR AWAY

| We liked it!

By user-5594318... on 2018-07-09.

We only stayed here for one night, but liked it just fine. We don't have bikes, so nothing was taken. We did use the pool and it was quite refreshing. I thought the office staff were very helpful. We even had our propane tank filled on the way out. There are a lot of long term people there, but the people around us were just like us. We will be back here in the future.

| Great place for a stop over.

By user-5871030... on 2018-07-09.

We stayed there last night and had no problems. Well kept sites, even the ones that looked like permenate ones. Friendly check in staff. Didn't use any of the facilities as we were there just for the night.

Spectacular park! So clean and friendly. Good location. We drove to the Jelly Belly factory tour and Budweiser plant. Not close, but both well worth the trip.

This is our second time here. Laundry clean and spacious. Easy access to I-5. Staff very friendly. Swimming pool, hot tub is available. Restroom and showers are very clean. The dog run is huge just like a football field. We like to stop here everytime we go to the northern side of the states. A+.

| Nice but...

By user-4707643... on 2018-07-09.

This campground is nice but surely not worth $49 a night. Pool is outside, so worthless in winter time. Near I-5, bathrooms, showers and laundry room is nice. Laundry is open from 8am-8pm. The price is the only downfall.

| Not bad at all

By user-6729841... on 2018-07-09.

My wife and I stayed one night. Showers and restrooms were nice. All sites were paved and well maintained. Staff was friendly and accommodating. WiFi worked well. Would definitely stay again.

| Security lacking

By user-5859480... on 2018-07-09.

Caution. Nice park but more security needed. Heavy cable cut & our 2 new Adventurer bicycles stolen during the night. :(. Also observed non-RVers coming in and going through the dumpster. No gate.

| Very clean and convenient

By user-5897559... on 2018-07-09.

We were coming back from Portland and we were tired and other Rv parks on the way we're so small and rustic so we wanted to drive to a nearest Walmart but when we looked at this park we lo bed it and beside all the bad reviews we had BBQ and had a great stay. Management were organized and left a note with open spots we took and in the morning we paid. What a big office, laundry room and pool, friendly staff and other campers with their pets.i highly recommend this place near hey several gas stations around and pretty relaxing and quite ion the park.

| Great place

By user-5900371... on 2018-07-09.

Easy drive through spaces. Friendly service. Very clean.

| Beware!

By user-5820998... on 2018-07-09.

We read the reviews about bike thievery so we deliberately double-locked with cable and kryptonite U-bolt and hid our 2 bikes between our 5th wheel and truck. But to no avail. This park is surrounded by sophisticated bike thieves and police officer said many homeless individuals live nearby. There is no gate and very spotty security. If you want to stay here, request a secure area to store your bikes. That's the least they could do since this seems to be a reoccurring problem. And even if you don't own a bike, be aware that there are thieves roaming around the area during the night.

| Nice, clean, all paved with many pull-through sites

By user-4821812... on 2018-07-09.

Great RV park. Very nice clean pool and spa. All sites concrete paved. All roads paved. Easy access off of I-5 in Lido, CA. Didn't see any kids either. Stayed in a Wednesday with 23' foot tt and stayed hooked up to truck on site.

| Everything Broken

By user-5071711... on 2018-07-09.

This is suppose to be a great RV Park and they charge a premium, but everything is broken. Spa doesn't work, pool heater doesn't work, chairs are all missing straps, place smells like dog poop, because nobody picks up after their dogs, the RV spots are dirt, no grass and so short there is no room for your tow vehicle. Not worth the high price.

| Nice park

Right off the 5 freeway, great park. Will stay here again

| Hook-ups are a stretch for a motorhome

By user-5322224... on 2018-07-09. Stayed 2015-10-21 to 2015-10-22

Though it's been awhile since we stayed at this park, things haven't changed much. It is still a very nice place to stop on our north/south travels. Level, long concrete pads are a plus, but hook-ups are located towards the very rear of the site. We have to park the dinghy in front of the coach to access them. The poor choice of groundcover between the sites is not intended to be walked on and usually looks pretty bad. With Ca's drought conditions it hasn't been watered and looks even worse. This park would really sparkle if they used artificial turf. Passport America is honored at the times we usually visit. Lots of fast food choices at the truck stop complex nearby. All services a little further east in Lodi.

| Not a fan

By user-5860889... on 2018-07-09. Stayed 2017-10-26 to 2017-10-27

The good: close to fuel, food and I-5 which makes it convenient and primary utilities of water, sewer and electric worked well. WiFi not bad for a park this large. Cable will not work unless you have a TV with digital tuner and the staff were outrageously rude. The 2 acre dog park is a large weed/sticker patch that was not safe for our dogs to use. Pull thru spaces are short and utilities located at the rear so we had to unhook our tow vehicle to make it work. Our experience will keep us from returning to this park.

By user-4585088... on 2018-07-09.

Park is nice, clean, and the gal that checked is in was friendly and helpful. Our fur baby enjoyed the fenced in dog park for some ball chasing time. There are homeless in the area and the park is not gated so beware of you belongings. My complaint is that the park is expensive at $50 after an escapees discount and the free WiFi was useless. You can bump up the WiFi but it will cost you more money.

By user-5412448... on 2018-07-09. Stayed 2018-01-23 to 2018-01-25

We liked this park. Its neat, clean and has level sites. You can hear a bit of road noise, but it wasn't an issue with us. The Wifi is tricky. They say that you can only have one user per site for free. So I typed in an empty site number and was able to web surf while my SO did the same on our site number free access. This being said, the wifi was slow, but sufficient for our overnight needs. Cable TV worked fine. Lock things away since there are homeless fellas across the street near the intersection.

| Clean, great wifi

By user-5792367... on 2018-07-09. Stayed 2018-04-18 to 2018-04-20

We have visited this park several times. It's clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast at our site locayed at the NE corner. It's pricey at $65 a night. We like the dog area so our fur baby can get her wiggles worked out. However the dog area has changed since I last visited. The area is a large stormwater pond that is currently wet and marshy in the center. Solar panels have been added around the perimeter so the flat area is no longer available to walk around. Access the pet area from the southwest corner. DO NOT use the access by the office.

Not a bad place but more expensive than most parks.

| Landscaping . . .

By user-unknown on 2019-08-09. Stayed 2019-01-30 to 2019-01-31

We stay here frequently as we traverse the length of the state. It is a great facility. Initially the landscaping between sites was a ground cover that wasn t meant for traffic. It quickly became an eyesore. This trip, it was gone from our area. Actually kinda looked like wild plants had taken over, but it was cut & looked much better. Be advised that the hookups are too far back to leave the dinghy attached unless you have extra attachments with you. The sites were designed with towables in mind. We have found it much better to unhook our C-RV, set our 37 Class A up positioned conveniently to the hookups, then park the car in front of our rig.

TYPICAL OVER PRICED CALIF. TO CLOSE TO THE FREEWAY. LOCK UP YOUR STUFF.

| Overpriced & Nothing Special

By user-unknown on 2019-08-09. Stayed 2019-03-11 to 2019-03-11

This is the most I ve paid for a Passport America park....$32.50 (that s half price). Not worth it. The only reason I stayed here was because I d driven seven hours & was exhausted. Only park in the area. At least it s close to I-5.

| We will be back

By user-5138997... on 2019-08-09.

Young woman at front desk is always just about rude, but the sites are level, the sites all have 50A, there is no train noise, and they take Passport America to take some of the sting out of the pricing. We like to come to Lodi for the world-class Zinfandel, and this is almost the only game in town for rv parking. We will be back.
